Sales 101 for Managers, Part 2

Today we have another adorable picture of a toddler adorning this podcast page, and I will say that the information you are about to learn is equally as ‘adorable’ and valuable. To a certain degree, Sales 101 has nothing to do with sales or being adorable. Well, it does if you are actually selling a product or service, and the same techniques that make great sales people highly successful will also make you successful as a leader and manager. They aren’t difficult, but they do require you to know what they are and then get into the habit and practice of regularly doing them. As I’ve heard it said, they are easy to do, but they are easy not to do also. Great leaders make sure they do these things and I know you will too as soon as you learn about what you are missing as a respected and successful leader of your team.
