Practice These Mindful Habits
Everyone can be mindful but if you’re in business today it’s quite likely you feel pulled in many directions – volumes of information, demands on your time, the rush to move quickly. It is a juggling act, and on more days that not it feels like the balls are crashing to the floor. As a manager and leader you can control those balls, and it could begin with understanding a few principles of mindfulness.
