The Leader’s Guide to Charity

Without a doubt, business exists to make a profit. Yet while focused on the bottom line, leaders shouldn’t lose sight of what else they are there to do. Sharing the business’s financial success with local charities in need is one great option. Another option is before you every day and doesn’t cost a cent. That is the charity within your heart. When that team member commits the same mistake for the third time, do you jump down their throat or do you take a few seconds to gather yourself together and approach the situation charitably? Are you charitable with team members by encouraging them? There are many ways to be charitable, and they should begin out of a desire to contribute, not the guilt to do so. If you would like to consider new ideas for extending charity, this podcast is for you.
