When you have listened and understand the need, selling someone a recommended solution is supporting them in achieving what they desire in life. You are doing something FOR that person.
Nothing happens until a sale is made and none of us would have a job without that sale. Therefore, if you are a manager and leader remember that sales is always your responsibility.
