“You get what you pay for” is a common phrase yet it is often forgotten in our haste to ‘find the best deal’ or ‘get the lowest price.’ If you want top talent on your team, be willing to pay for it.
Select the best vendors and view them as partners to your business. If you use recruiters to locate the talent your company needs, expect them to be the best and to find the best.
