Why Everyone Hates Annual Reviews
Annual reviews are dreaded by both managers and employees in business today. They take far too much time for managers to complete, because simple and effective systems for managing data aren’t being used. Employees hate the surprises telling them of the mistakes and failures they experienced during the year they weren’t even familiar with.
